Story of Baldwin Oaks Civic Association

Baldwin Oaks Civic Association has been in existence for over 40 years. The Association is a non-partisan group of residents and homeowners. Our purpose is to protect the homes and property of the members of the community, to safeguard the welfare of the children of the community, and to take an active interest in the affairs of Baldwin Oaks and surrounding communties. We also participate,through non-partisan support or opposition, in the functions of local governmental bodies.

We are happy to say that because of the continued efforts of our members Baldwin now has it's own Pepetual Preserve located on Coes Neck Road. We look forward to working with the County to replace the fencing and installation of benches for the "birdwatchers". The Perpetual Preserve designation becomes a notable bookend for the Baldwin Community. Baldwin Park in South Baldwin and the Coes Neck Preserve in North Baldwin
